Back from Chinese new year holiday, Evergreen Maritime factories returned to punishing working schedule. Appropriate 200 pieces ship launching airbags, 100 pieces pneumatic fenders are waiting for production.
Last week the primary factory delivered 600 pieces foam filled fenders to one domestic customer. Those foam fenders equipped with fiber protection cover will be deployed in a yacht club for yacht mooring.
Evergreen foam fender deploys a heat laminated 100% closed cell which is high energy absorbing, but with a low reaction force. The skin of foam filled fender is constructed of a urethane elastomer which is reinforced with nylon filament in a continuous winding process. Meanwhile, multiple homogeneous layers increasing strength and additional reinforcement are applied as the transition layer.
Evergreen foam fenders comply with requirements of USACE / NAVFAC / AFCESA.
